Deposits & Cancellations

  1. No Extra guests are allowed for health and saftey measures.

  2. please do not arrive to your appointment with any face makeup, mascara or contacts. complimentary lash baths are given to each client before the service begins

  3. aftercare is important to lash retention. lash care kits will also be available to purchase after your appointment

  4. avoid water contact for the first 48 hours after your appointments

A Non-refundable depost of 20% is requried when booking to secure your appointment. Cancellation must be made 48 hours before your appointment. No call no show will be banned from booking
